Welcome to clubnoize.com (the "Site"), operated by Noize Media, LLC ("Club Noize," "we"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Ordering

• Prices are in USD and may change without notice; the price at checkout is what you pay, plus shipping and applicable tax.
• An order is an offer to buy; we may refuse or cancel orders (suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues) — you'll be refunded in full if we cancel.
• Products are made to order. Production and delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees — see our Shipping Policy.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for your account credentials and activity under them. Guest checkout is available. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively.

3. Refunds & exchanges

Per our Refund Policy — replacements or refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 30 days of delivery; one free size exchange per item.

4. Intellectual property

All Site content — the Club Noize name, logo, character designs (including Coach Chitown, Daya, DJ Illnoize, Nova, and King Jay), product designs, images, and text — belongs to Noize Media, LLC or its licensors. Buying merch grants no license to reproduce designs. Don't reprint, resell prints of, or commercially exploit our designs.

5. User content

Tagging us (#WearTheNoize) or submitting photos/reviews grants Club Noize a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display that content on the Site and our social channels, with credit to your handle. Ask us to remove your content anytime: support@clubnoize.com.

6. Acceptable use

No scraping at abusive rates, no interfering with the Site, no fraudulent purchases, no reselling with counterfeit claims of affiliation.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Site and products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer law gives you.

8. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after posting means acceptance. Material changes will be dated at the top.
