Refund & Exchange Policy

The short version
Every item is printed just for you, so we don't do "changed my mind" returns โ but if anything is wrong with your order, we make it right, fast.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered:
- Email support@clubnoize.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a photo of the issue
- We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund โ your choice
No return shipping needed. Don't ship anything back unless we ask.
Size exchanges
Wrong size? Within 30 days of delivery we offer one free size exchange per item โ unworn, unwashed. Email support with your order number and the size you need. Check the size guide on every product page โ measurements are listed per garment because different styles fit differently.
Refund processing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5โ10 business daysvia Stripe. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Order cancellations
We print fast. You can cancel for a full refund within 2 hours of ordering โ email support immediately with your order number. After production starts, the damaged/defective policy above applies instead.
Lost packages
If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days (US), contact us โ we'll replace or refund.
What we can't refund
- Buyer's remorse / changed mind on a correctly fulfilled item
- Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout
- Items damaged by washing contrary to care instructions
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
