Club Noize ("we," "us"), operated by Noize Media, LLC, runs clubnoize.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect
You give us:
- Order info: name, email, shipping/billing address, phone (optional)
- Account info: email, password (stored as a salted hash — we never see it)
- Messages you send to support
- Email/SMS signup info for drops and updates
Collected automatically:
- Device/usage data: IP, browser, pages viewed, referral source (via analytics cookies)
- Advertising identifiers via TikTok Pixel, Meta Pixel, and Google Analytics
We never see or store your full card number. Payments are processed by Stripe; card data goes directly to Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1).
How we use it
- Fulfill orders — name and address are shared with our print partner (Printify) and shipping carriers
- Send transactional email (confirmations, tracking) via Resend
- Send marketing email/SMS only with your consent — unsubscribe anytime, one click
- Improve the Site and measure ads (analytics/pixels)
- Prevent fraud (Stripe Radar)
Who we share with
Service providers only, each bound to use data solely to serve us: Stripe (payments), Printify (fulfillment), Resend (email), Google/Meta/TikTok (analytics & advertising), and our hosting providers. We never sell your personal information.
Cookies
Essential cookies run the cart and login. Analytics/advertising cookies are optional — manage them in your browser settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including California CCPA/CPRA and EU/UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Email privacy@clubnoize.com — we respond within 30 days. We honor Global Privacy Control signals.
Retention
Order records: 7 years (tax/accounting). Account data: until you delete your account. Marketing lists: until you unsubscribe.
Kids
The Site is not directed at children under 13; we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We'll post updates here with a new date; material changes get an email.
